I done this cleanse at least once a year for the past 5 years. The first time was right after my doctor sent me for an ultrasound and I was told I would need surgery to remove the gallstones and gallbladder. I searched the internet and found this alternative under a Kidney/gallbladder cleanse and tried it. The stones passed easily. My doctor still denies it as an alternative, but he cannot provide an explanation of why the gall stones disappeared. And, it does make a difference in the amount of energy. I do it now as a preventive measure. I just finished up with the olive oil. The taste is not great, but if put in the freezer for 15 minutes before drinking, it is tolerable.
